Dear friend,
If you're longing for a few days where no one needs anything from you... where your only responsibility is to care for yourself, keep reading.
As one year gently closes and another begins, we've been dreaming about creating a different kind of New Year's retreat.
One that gives you permission to slow down before the new year begins.
To rest deeply.
To move your body in ways that feel nourishing.
To spend time in nature.
To enjoy delicious meals, meaningful conversations, and plenty of time to simply be.
And to welcome the new year with intention.

What participants say about our retreats...
“It was nourishing on every level.”
The blend of yoga, meditation, and time for quiet reflection was perfectly balanced. I appreciated the small group intimacy and the simple touches, like sharing tea together, that made it feel ceremonial.
“I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I was there.”
Taking time away from the busyness of life helped me reset my energy and perspective. I walked away not only more relaxed but also more present and inspired.
“The retreat was exactly what I needed.”
I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply cared for. The practices were gentle but powerful, and the whole experience felt like a reset for my nervous system.
“I felt safe to truly let go.”
From the moment I walked in, there was a sense of calm and welcome. The space, the pacing, and Heidi’s presence created an environment where I could drop out of my busy mind and reconnect with myself.
