This course will support you to create gentle transformation this spring.

Spring is a perfect time to reset your body, mind & heart. The energy of the season helps support you to let go of old ways of being so that you can call in greater confidence and joy.

In this 3 week group coaching course, you’ll create your own gentle cleanse to simplify your life, align with what you want to create and energize a plan for moving forward.

We’ll use tools from Ayurveda, yoga, life coaching and tapping, to support you throughout the process, including live coaching calls each week.

The 3 Week Flow

Release - Week 1

This week is all about simplifying your life and inviting a conscious pause in your habits. This might include simplifying your diet, your communication, your media consumption, your activity level, etc.

You’ll tune into old ways of thinking and being that you’re ready to let go.

In this section, you’ll also learn about the Ayurvedic perspective on spring, the Kapha Dosha and self-care techniques that help release stuckness and stagnation in the body and the mind.

You'll create a simple plan for your own, custom cleanse.

Align - Week 2

As you deepen into your cleanse, you'll naturally create space to call in what you desire. You’ll connect to the greatest vision of your life and life potential through self-reflection exercises and our bonus self-care practice videos.

You’ll practice embodying this alignment (i.e. feeling it in your body) so that you feel it on a deep level.

We’ll pay special attention to cultivating bravery and empowerment.

Energize - Week 3

This week is about integrating your growth into your normal life and adjusting your path so that you're moving towards your life vision.  You'll get clear on the habits and ways of thinking that will support who you want to become and create a simple plan for moving forward.

You’ll identify future changes that you want to make and strategies for dealing with the inevitable obstacles that will arise.

Benefits: Have a simple action plan, feel more empowered in your work, life and relationships.

Week 4

Catch up time, get extra support as you integrate your cleanse experience into your "normal" life.

Course structure

The course is designed to adapt to your availability and desire for participation.

Everything is optional and you can do as much or as little as you like.

There will be three weeks of lessons and coaching calls, with an extra 2 weeks of access to me for support (making the course one month long). This is so that you have more space to go at your own pace, without feeling rushed.

Each week, new videos pertaining to the weekly theme will be released that you can watch at any time. They will teach concepts and provide instruction for the weekly exercises (which will be creating your cleanse, clarifying your life vision, creating a plan).

There will be an optional, live 60 minute Zoom coaching call each week where you can ask me questions or work on your weekly exercises. If you can’t attend, you can submit your questions ahead of time and I’ll answer them on the call. You’ll have access to the recordings. Your questions are often shared by others, and can be incredibly valuable to the group.

We will be using a Facebook group for the video lessons, as well as communication. You’re welcome to ask questions in the group or message me directly if that is more comfortable for you.

We will be using Facebook quite a bit so please be sure you’re comfortable with that. It can help if you bookmark the group so you can reduce distraction.


Bonus self-care videos

Each week, you'll also have bonus self-care practices that include guided meditations, tapping (EFT) and yoga practices by our amazing guest teacher, Kara Troglin. Kara is a trauma informed yoga teacher who specializes in anxiety and mental health. She’ll be sharing short yoga practices to support you in each week of your cleanse. Who the course is for

This cleanse is perfect for:

  • Yogis and healers
  • Folks who have done cleanses in the past
  • Folks who want to gently step into the ritual of cleansing without complexity and self-denial
  • People who are interested in Ayurveda and creating a deeper relationship with the  rhythm of the seasons
  • Self-improvement buffs who want to experience a mini-transformation this spring
  • Folks who are ready to simplify their life for a bit and create chunks of time for their self-care, self-reflection and rest (ideally a few hours per week)

This cleanse is not a great fit for:

  • Anyone who is looking for strict guidelines and rules to cleansing
  • Anyone who is looking for an intense cleanse (in weight-loss, detoxing, life changes)
  • Folks who get overwhelmed by being in charge of their own choices
  • Folks who have many time consuming life commitments and will find it a struggle to set time aside for themselves

I'm a certified life coach from The Life Coach School, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a yoga teacher. I love backcountry skiing in the mountains of Alaska (my home) and dabbling in creative activities of all kinds.
